2011 Registration and Meeting Information
The Larry L. Hillblom Foundation 10th Annual Scientific Meeting will take place in Petaluma, CA on October 17th and 18th, 2011.
Meeting presentations will begin at 8:45 a.m on Monday, October 17th and conclude by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 18th. Please plan your travel accordingly to participate in ALL meeting activities.
Meeting Registration Form
Please complete the LLHF 2011 Meeting Registration Form and return it directly to the Hillblom Foundation office via email to: petaluma@llhf.org.
- The meeting registration form must be completed and received by Friday, August 12th, 2011.
- The Foundation *does not* make your hotel reservation. In addition to completing the registration form, you must contact the Sheraton directly to reserve your room.

You will need to secure your room reservation by Tuesday, September 13th, 2011 in order to guarantee accommodation. A credit card will be required in order to guarantee your reservation. All travel, transportation, housing and incidental meals are the responsibility of each grantee.

Transportation
Airport Shuttle Service
- You may use the Sonoma County Airport Express for airport shuttle service from SFO (or Oakland Airport) to the Petaluma Fairgrounds (this is just a large parking lot) and back.
- Once you reach Petaluma, you will have to take a taxi from the fairgrounds to the hotel for approximately $8. The driver of the airport shuttle service can arrange for a taxi while in transit so that it will be there waiting for you, once you arrive in Petaluma. It takes approximately 5 minutes to reach the Sheraton from here.

Other Options
- Taxi stands are available at both SFO and Oakland airports. A taxi from either airport to Petaluma will cost approximately $175.

Meals
The following meals will be provided for you during the program:
- Monday, October 17th: Breakfast, Lunch, Cocktail Reception and Dinner
- Tuesday, October 18th: Breakfast and Lunch
Internet Access and Business Center
- Free wireless internet access will be provided throughout the hotel and in your individual rooms.
- The Business Center is located on the ground floor lobby and is also complimentary for all attendees.
Additional Notes
As a reminder, the LLHF includes in each of your grant budgets money for travel to our Annual Scientific Meeting. In addition to your required presentation, as a professional courtesy to our Board and your fellow scientists, you are expected to participate in all of the activities of our meeting.
