All 2012 LLHF Grant Applications must be submitted via electronic file upload using our online grant management system.

Grant applications need to be formatted as a single Adobe PDF file (please review our Guidelines and Tips for Creating PDF Format Documents). The forms and instructions for preparing your grant application are provided below. Hard copies will not be accepted.

Start-Up and Fellowship applications for Year 2012 are due on Monday, January 17, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. PST and will receive funding decisions from the Foundation in June 2012.

The site will begin to accept application submissions on Thursday, December 1, 2011.

Preparing and Submitting a Grant Application

1. Prepare your grant application using the form templates and grant instructions (Start-Up Grant or Fellowship Grant) provided.
2. Create an account on this system, or log in with your existing account. The Foundation requires that this account be created using the name and email address of the principal investigator.
3. Follow the online instructions to upload and submit your application in the My Grant area of the site.
